Informatics Lab
The Informatics Laboratory within the Department of Computer Engineering was established to conduct research and applied studies in areas such as software development and data analysis. The laboratory aims to enable students and researchers to develop innovative projects, translate their theoretical knowledge into practice, and gain industry-related experience.
Analyses and Studies Used in Scientific Research Activities
- Basis Software Development : Application development and algorithm design studies are carried out in programming languages such as Python, Java and C++.
- Data Analysis And Statistical Studies : Statistical analyses are performed on medium-sized data sets and basic machine learning algorithms are tested.
- Web and Desktop Application Development : Web and Desktop Application Development: Basic web and desktop software are developed using PHP, JavaScript and .NET technologies.
Lab Infrastructure
Equipment And Devices : There are five computers in the lab
- Processor (CPU): Intel Core AMD FX series
- Memory (RAM): DDR3
- Storage : 1 TB HDD – SSD
- Operation System : Windows / Linux Ubuntu
- Connection And Accessories : Ethernet and Wi-Fi support , USB 3.0 ports , external monitor connection (HDMI/VGA)
